I contacted Chris using the telephone number provided on Angies list.  He came over the following afternoon and we agreed on the work to be performed.  Two days later I received an eMail proposal which I accepted by eMail.  Chris eMailed me a proposed date for performing the work.  The evening before that date, Chris call and informed me that he would be two hours late due to having to finish another job. He and two helpers arrived at 10:00 Am the following day.  Chris reviewed with me what was to be done to ensure that he understood all of my requirements.  His helpers then began working on the shrubs that were to be removed and he began trimming the other shrubs. Several times during the morning Chris checked with me to insure that the trimming and shaping was being done as I wanted. Several times, even though I thought the results were very good, Chris felt that he could improve on it and did!  The work was completed by early afternoon. My shrubs and hedges have never looked so neat!

It went well. Chris did a great job. The only problem we had is that the Alberta Spruce turned somewhat brown by mid fall even after watering as instructed. Chris said to contact him in the spring 2016 to see how it looked then. I emailed him in March 2016 about the tree, which looked awful. He came to look at it and promptly replaced it with a new Alberta Spruce for free! They obviously guarantee their work. I was very pleased.

Chris arrived on time. He performed a full landscape spring clean out which included cleaning of all our beds, adding 12 yards of mulch, and edged over 400 linear feet. Chris does all our landscaping maintenance and our winter plowing. He is always respnsive to our needs, communicates his intent prior to arriving, as well as submits a written quote for all work. He is always professional and respectful of our yard and belongings in it.
