Burr Building & remodeling can perform all phases of home remodeling. We specialize in finished basements,kitchen and bath remodeling and additions. We also do all repairs. We occasionally use sub-contractors, who are insured and we have a list of references.

In 2011, 2012, 2013, and through the summer of 2014, he did an excellent job for us and our clients. He was our go-to contractor, and all our clients were pleased with his promptness, availability, and quality of work.
All that changed in the summer of 2014. Kenny was working with two of our clients, preparing their homes to put on the market, when he just VANISHED. No email, no phone, no warning. He just stopped showing up, stopped returning calls, and cancelled his email account.
We did our best to get our clients on the market and eventually we sold both properties. However, both clients are owed money for actual monetary damages caused by Kenny taking their deposits and not providing service. Both cases have been filed with the Guaranty Fund for contractors in the state of Maryland.
We had hoped Kenny would do the right thing and pay our clients back the money he took, but I don't think this is going to happen, so I wanted to warn everyone about what happened.
Just to be clear - WE WILL NEVER USE THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY AGAIN.
