The process itself was very difficult. Workers did not show up to do the repair work, and I had to really nag to get anyone to show up at all. Even so they no showed several times before actually showing up. However, the real problem is that it did not work. I just found out that my last renter never told me that the apartment is still having water issues during heavy rain.
