This company doesn't have a live person answering the phone, just a voice mail. So setting up an appt. is a huge frustration. I've used them several times over the past 3 years, and they do a good job cleaning the windows. They do not clean the sills or the screens. I could live with that because the price was right.
However, I tried to schedule them to come out again in August 2015. I got a call back and schedule an appt. On the day of service, they called and asked to reschedule me to the afternoon. I was fine with that. But then, they never showed up. I called and left follow-up messages at least 5 times. They don't answer the phone (of course) and never bother returning my call either. This outfit is completely unprofessional to work with. The savings is not worth the hassle.
