The room turned out beautifully. You would never know there had been a door leading from that bedroom into the master bedroom. They arrived on time, did the job, and cleaned up. I will definitely use this company again.

It looks FANTASTIC! His work was excellent and he was very easy to work with. He came in a timely manor, had excellent communication and cleaned up the job site when finished.

We hired Scottie and his team to upgrade our bathroom: install tub, vanity and fixtures; tile tub area and floor. Scottie met us at Lowes on multiple occasions to pick out the tiles, vanity, tub and fixtures, and he brought tile and paint samples to our home to help us make the final selections. The price was very reasonable considering the amount of work that we had done. The crew was very professional, and they were also very personable with our children while they were working. The final product looks fantastic and we highly recommend Scottie and his team.

We had used Scottie Pitts' services preparing our house for sale so knew the quality of his work. Our new house needed some updating but we had a limited budget and could not afford a remodeled kitchen. The house is a split level and had three connecting spaces: kitchen, breakfast nook, and family room with hearth that felt very disjointed with no flow between them. I didn't know how to make my vision of more open space happen. Scottie helped me make it happen and it looks great! The old cabinets are now painted light grey with new hardware. Then the breakfast nook is no longer framed by a heavy dark wood bannister but a very simple black spindled railing that echoes the deck that can be seen from the window, except the railing in our breakfast area is framed with wood painted the same color as the kitchen cabinets behind it. Really opens up the space! Then, the hearth is no longer dark brown brick, but one shade of gray darker than the kitchen cabinets so the entire area now really flows together nicely. Very pleased.

Scottie Pitts responded to our inquiry and listened well to what we wanted. He made useful suggestions and helped us develop a plan that fit within our budget. He helped us choose colors, offered options for granite, cooktop, etc. He and his crew were at our home completing the plan of action promptly and competently. When an appliance that I wanted exceeded the original cost estimate, Scottie was immediately on the phone advising me as to options so that I could make an informed choice. When a repair did not meet his own standards of excellence he volunteered to replace the item at his own cost. Very impressive. He helped with several small items that were presenting challenges for me and my husband. He coped well with the storms which knocked our power out and delayed his being able to finish our house on his original schedule, but he adjusted his schedule and got back to us promptly. Scottie was personable and communicated very well with us. We will use him again with our new home and believe our current house will sell more quickly because Pitts Elite Contracting has worked their magic. Very appreciative. House looks so good now I regret we won't be living here longer to enjoy it!
