Don’t touch this company with a ten foot pole. The workers only stay until 2-3pm each day, they don’t come prepared so there end up being multiple trips and breaks. Because of this the work took longer than quoted I was out of a shower in a single bathroom home for an additional week, paying for a hotel room to shower. I found multiple areas of missing grout that had to be filled in with caulk since the grout had dried. The sink leaked right after instal. The bathtub drain wouldn’t close and the worker informed me they didnt think it would close when they installed it but they didnt check or tell me. They had to come back not even a month later to re-caulk the bathtub because it had cracked. The bathtub caulk has cracked again, and i’ve found cracks in the grout of the floor tiles now. I finally took a bath for the first time and I woke up to a giant wet spot on the ceiling in the room below the bathroom the next morning. Hopefully they can figure it out and fix it but never again will I be using them.

My house had an old outdated kitchen and bathroom and I didn't know where to start. After doing some research on some reputable contractors in my area that had the insurances and professionalism I was looking for I contacted Nysa Construction. Eric contacted me right away and made an appointment to stop by and see what I was looking for in regards to finishes. Once he arrived at my house he gave me lots of choices. It was very important to him that I was happy with what I picked out and the price. He was very honest as to when the project would start and when it would be completed. Everything went as planned and I could not be happier with the finished product and pricing. If you are looking for quality at affordable prices then look no further. To describe Eric and his company in one word it would be "Professional". I will definitely hire his team on all future projects.

It went very well, they were very conscientious. One thing I really like about them is that we buy the materials that we prefer. The total cost of the materials was about $25000.00. We would use them again.

Great! Done on time ! Something I always wanted to and turned out better than I expected! Little details were added made it a job well done! Eric was great to work with understanding my budget and how we could get there. Nysa also replaced a storm door and entry door a year later again job well done ! Have more I want to done looking forward to working with NYSA again .

Nysa was fast and considerate of our time line , Quality of work far exceeded our expectations and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy I have 2 bathrooms coming up and NYSA is my only option Being in Sales I have always been loyal to those that have been loyal to me Highly recommended!
