There are so many different issues that home owners need to address to keep their house a happy place for living. And then, when it's time to sell, all of that work has to be done in a short amount of time. We're here to help you get your house all ready to sell or live in an enjoy. House All Ready, LLC, is a small family company owned and operated by a U.S. veteran. Most of the work will be done directly by the owner, but some larger jobs or tight timelines might necessitate subcontractors -- all of which we will take care of. Also, if there are services we don't offer, such as licensed electrical, plumbing, or heating issues, we will handle all of the details for you. One-day jobs are billed and collected on the same day at the completion of the work. Multi-day work and larger projects will be billed with a deposit upfront and the balance due at the end when you are satisfied. Satisfaction is guaranteed on all of our work -- if you aren't satisfied we will fix it till you are happy. Seniors (60+), as well as active duty and veterans, receive a 10% discount.
