Ceiling Fan Service
Initial call was answered right away. Provided estimate range over the phone. Scheduled appt. for 4 days later. Called prior day to confirm estimated time of arrival. Arrived on time. Cost was about the same as estimate. Technician (owner) explained everything and provided 2 cost options for repair of one of the fans. Total job took 1 hour. Cost was $175 plus $30 for a part. I had taken the fans down because I thought I would have to take the fans to a repair shop (before I found this in-home service company). He had to reinstall the fans at a small charge, so the price would have been less had I left the fans in place.
