Dave is great. Not only does he do a professional job, he is super nice, trustworthy and honest. Prices are fair and reasonable. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a great plumber.

I have used Collins Plumbing on several occasions in the past. Mr. Collins is always on time and explains everything that has to be completed. His estimate is based on the time necessary to complete the work and the costs of any parts required. He has never been over estimate.
In every case Mr. Collins has been on time and completed all work in an efficient and timely manor. He backs up all of his work and will return, without question, if something doesn't seem right. He has never had to come back to correct any work he has done.
We were renovating a small bathroom. I purchased a toilet from Mr. Collins. He arrived, on time, and installed the toilet. He did an excellent job. During the installation he found some work that was not completed correctly at the time the flooring was installed. He said he would complete the work and did so without charge. It was greatly appreciated.
The toilet he recommended was excellent. As a result I ordered another. I am very happy I did.
I can't say enough good things about Mr. Collins and his work. I recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Replaced drain valve on water heater.

Mr. Collins came to the house and went to work immediately. He explained what he had done and made recommendations on how to avoid future problems. He also found a faulty part in our refrigerator.

They worked to solve a problem that turned out to be much larger than a mere leak. They were honest and punctual.

I'm very happy with Dave Collins. As in my previous experience with him, he is honest and competent and doesn't try to make money by doing unnecessary repairs, and will tell me things I can do myself instead of paying him to do!

I have a relatively new hot water heater and I called Collins to have the annual maintenance items performed on it. Dave Collins (owner) quickly responded to my phone message and happened to have an opening the very next day. He was friendly on the phone and arrived on time. He inspected the water heater for safety and did the minor maintenance tasks. While I observed him doing the work, he educated me all about my water heater, things I need to know about it, and what maintenance tasks should be done regularly. I was very impressed with his expertise and professionalism. Next time I need a plumber, he is the one I will call. I should mention that I called him initially because he was recommended by my HVAC company, Don Hoffacker's, which has an excellent reputation and often does work with him.

I have used Mr. Collins' services multiple times and will do so again as the needs arise.

I THINK THEY ARE VERY GOOD, RESPONSIBLE AND COMPETENT. I HAVE USED THEM FOR QUITE SOME TIME AND THE WORK IS ALWAYS DONE PROPERLY AND INTELLIGENTLY, WITH A VERY TIDY JOB SITE LEFT BEHIND.

THERE WAS ONE INSTANCE WHERE THEY HAD TO COME OUT AND REPAIR A FITTING THAT ONLY REQUIRED AN INEXPENSIVE WASHER. HE CORRECTED IT WITHOUT CHARGING ME THE NORMAL SIXTY DOLLAR VISIT.
