AQUA STAR PRESSURE WASHING

Showed up late both days. Sprayed water and dirt through my window. Striped paint off the siding to my entrance. Knocked over a large plant and got potting soil all over the lawn (did not clean up). Stain was not evenly applied. Very disappointed. Will not bother with them again

Good in the end. Took 6 weeks to find a mutually agreeable time for the service to be performed.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt I had to for Aqua Star and Steve. 
I can't say enough about how great he was and the awesome job Aqua Star did for me.  They removed years of caked on mold and dirt and went above and beyond to help me out.  The did beautiful work and I couldn't be happier.  I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for someone you can trust to get the job done right.

Arrived on time. I was floored by how clean they got the house, especially getting all the dark streaks off the white gutters. Once done, Steve asked my husband to check around the house for any places that they missed. He pointed out a couple and they promptly took care of them. Very happy with the service.

Steve was great.  They were able to come a day earlier than expected due to the weather, but checked to make sure that would be okay.  We are very happy with the job he did and will look forward to using them again in the future.

I was in the process of getting three estimates to power wash my home. One unsolicited estimate was for 600 and another was for over 400. This vendor was just completing my neighbor's home and my spouse asked him for an estimate. He provided an estimate below all the others. I asked him if he had time to do it immediately and he agreed. He worked quickly, efficiently, and did every part of the house. As he was packing up, I noticed he missed a very small area that was easy to miss and he graciously and quickly remedied it.
I am 100% pleased with this vendor.

I am so happy that I decided to choose Aqua Star for pressure washing my townhouse and fencing. The experience was great from start to finish. They made the process easy for a busy working person. It was never a requirement that I be home. The price quote was waiting for me at my door when I got home from work. I was impressed with the detailed informational booklet about pressure washing, sealing, and staining that was left there for me as well. The quote was totally accurate and exactly what I paid. Steve was very professional, personable, and polite, even when I forgot to turn on the outside water and he had to wait while I drove home from work. Steve and his coworker finished the job after I left. I was very pleased with the result, and I was totally shocked by the drastic change in the appearance of the fencing. It went from being a dark, drab gray with mildewed areas to having the color of freshly cut lumber. It almost looked like a new fence had been installed. I could not get over the difference. I plan to use Aqua Star again when I have the fence AND deck not only pressure washed, but stained and sealed as well. I highly recommend this Company to anyone who needs this type of work to be done.

I have used Aqua Star over the past several years for power washing and sealing my siding, deck and screened porch. The company came highly recommended by friends. Steve Gosnell has always been prompt, professional, reasonably priced and does everything to make sure the customer is satisfied with the work performed. When I added a lattice enclosure around my spa, I called him to recommended the sealant he had used on the rest of the deck and porch, and he offered to sell me the small quantity I needed directly to avoid the expense of an unnecessarily large order. When I discovered last year that he also did driveway top-coating I decided to use him based on the quality of the other work he has done for us. I was not disappointed. He is quick to return calls and provide estimates, and works very efficiently, and is very accomodating to the customer. I plan to use Steve again next spring for the deck, siding and lattice, and will call him first when the driveway needs sealing again in a couple of years.

All went fine. We agreed on a date, weather permitting to do the power washing, then they returned a few days later and stained both the upper part of the deck and the lower posts etc. The other companies were not going to do anything other than the top part of my deck. There were no steps involved and they could do all of this from my back yard using ladders and did not need access to my house. It looks great and I would definately use them again.

Only one of three companies contacted that returned our call. Came out promptly, fully discussed services and options, and left detailed written estimate for recommended services along with company brochure. Very knowledgeable. Was able to schedule work within a few days. Arrived on time, owner plus one other worker. Did exactly what he promised, plus a couple of extras for free. No damage to house or surrounding plantings. Beautiful job. House exterior looks like new. Will definitely recommend and use again.
