As previously stated, contractors went beyond expectations. They performed additional work that wasn't expected and was not quoted. They didn't have to do that. I did compensate them for this service. I'd like to add they are very knowledgeable regarding construction techniques . I have recommended them to my neighbors and would hire them a gain.

Very good work at reasonable rate; on time. Philomen has a good manner and is knowledgeable. Would use them again. Only suggestion is better cleanup - tie up lunch stuff; dispose of cigarette butts on property; maybe a bit more sweeping. BUT not a deal breaker - recommend this group to friends/neighbors..
