South Mountain Mechanical Contracting, Inc. is an independent Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration company specializing in Design, Installation and Service of Commercial, Industrial and Residential equipment. South Mountain’s personnel perform all aspects of the H.V.A.C/R system installation and service. From the submittals through the warranty period, South Mountain Mechanical is there to insure the job is installed and operating properly. We work to establish a mutually beneficial relationship with the building owner that will continue long after the warranty has expired. We currently service Washington, Frederick, Montgomery, Prince George’s and Baltimore Counties as well as northern Virginia, and Southern Pennsylvania. All field personnel have extensive training in their respective fields to ensure that all work performed by South Mountain Mechanical will be done in the proper, professional manner you deserve. We perform the needed services quickly and efficiently! We specialize in installing and servicing Trane, Carrier, York, Rheem and other manufacturers from 1-ton split systems to large tonnage centrifugal and absorption chillers. We also offer installation, service and combustion analysis on hot water and steam boilers. Contract customers receive priority on emergency service calls. Requests for service can be placed by e-mail, fax or phone 24/7. Please indicate on your service request what level of priority you wish to assign to the call. Once the contract has been accepted we will schedule an equipment inspection. At that time we will fill out an equipment condition report for each piece of equipment. You will be sent a copy of this report with any recommendations.
