PRIORITY SERVICE

After calling multiple companies in the spring of 2010 with no response, "Chip" from Priority Service called me back in less than 5 minutes. He was "in the area" and showed up at our house about 15 minutes later. He refilled the Freon. Our AC was up and running in no time flat. When our OC went down again in the fall of 2010 (after working fine at high capacity all summer long), Chip came back out. This time, he located a leak in the evaporator coil. Our options were to replace the coil (a few thousand $$), replace the system (a little more $$$ than the coil) or try to patch the system ($100). We chose Option #3. Chip patched the coil with "EZ Seal," added more freon & our system was working again without any problems. We have recommended Priority Service to about 10 of our friends and family, no one has been dissapointed yet. May 2011 update - our system is down again & I fear it is time to finally replace "Old Bess" (age 11). We are getting multiple quotes just to be sure, but are hoping Chip with Priority Service will give us the best price. We will submit a new report if we end up using him again this Spring (2011).
