The owner came out and walked around the yard with us and we discussed everything we want done. The actual landscaping part went well. The problem came with the flower beds. We were told by Chuck that would be a few hundred dollars and "my guys can knock it out quickly".
To save some money we purchased the bricks ahead of time from home depot. I was very clear about the budget of the overall project shouldn't exceed 2400 dollars. Chuck assured me we could do it for that. Well the bill comes and they bill us for 46 hours of work on the wall. They were only here 2 days and they weren't on the property for all day either day. The bill comes in at over 3800 dollars, 1400 over the budget I told him I didn't want to exceed.
They didn't call and inform me that they were at the budget limit and if I wanted them to keep going or anything just poof bill shows up in the mail.
I tried 11 times to call and discuss the bill, got no answer anytime. Probably have to get lawyers involved at this point as I'm pretty sure its an over-billing issue.

"The work that was completed for Mr. [Member Name Removed] was excellent and we did settle on a lower contracted invoice. Mr. [Member Name Removed] was very up front with the pricing. Everyone always wants everything for free!! Also I might add that we use to do Mowing for him and he was ALWAYS LATE with every payment. was very hard to get him to pay his bills on time."

They cut the grass and trim every week . They do an excellent job .

For lawn care I use Landmark Landscaping. The workers that come out every time for me seem to be fine. They leave the area good when they are finished. It takes them about half an hour to cut the grass each week and my yard is about 6000 square feet. They have done a good job. I have been using them for a little over a year.
