I found Kolb Electic/Frederick via HMS warranty.  They performed all that needed to be done, very well.  Lew, the manager, is really great to work with as well.
Most recently, my AC circuit breaker tripped.  I called them first to see what they thought it might be.  They came out right away (the next day - first appt available).  The tech replaced it and all has been well.

Had several estimates done before settling on Kolb, all the other estimates were much higher and more invasive to our house. The house is 100+ years old and we wanted to do as little damage to the plaster as possible. Fixed the wiring in the plaster ceiling in order to install a ceiling light while cause no damage to the plaster, even installing the light fixture even though the quote was just for preping the wiring (did not charge extra!) They also ran an entirely new circuit into a second floor office that has very bad wiring done by the previous owner. Kold disconnected the unsafe wiring and ran a new circuit, installing 7(!) outlets, two more than included in the estimate and still no extra charge. They also pulled Ethernet cables that my husband had sitting in a spool in the basement while they were pulling wires, again for no extra charge. They were on time, professional, courteous, they did a fantastic job, and they put up with my nervous dog who insisted on following them around the house the whole time. We offered to crate her and they said she was fine. I would effeminately hire them again!

They showed up precisely on time and did an expert job.  Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Full disclosure - the intercom is old and hard to find. However, in June Kolb sent an electrician for the first visit, and while very professional, he took the broken part and never followed up. After several emails and phone calls about if and when it could be repaired, and in late July I received an estimate via email. My biggest complaint is that I had to call and see if they were going to complete the job. Meanwhile the intercom is missing the part that it needed to be repaired (it worked sporadically) so I have to buy a whole new system.

Kolb Electric was fine. They were on time. They did it correctly. The price was reasonable.

I'm pleased with their work. They're nice. We had used them previously, too.

It went well. The first person to come out was unable to complete repairs, so they sent another more experienced person. I was pleased with the results.

Project delays on our end caused problems but Kolb worked with us and got the job done. They showed up when they said they would and didn't waste time. Made suggestions and corrections as needed and approved.

The service was good overall. They were prompt and complete in their service.

I clled was informed that the base charge would be 295 (approximately) because of off hours rate. They told me a techhnician would call me before he would arrive. He did indicated time of arrival and everything was on time. He was very professional and the charge was exactly as stated even though he had to provide me with a switch that had been blown

Kolb representative was friendly, helpful and performed good work in a short amount of time.

They have always shown up and did the job. They have provided the right products when I needed them, but they are a little expensive.

I was very very happy with them. They were professional in their estimate and they were here when they said they would. They kept in touch with me when they needed to about the issues that I needed to talk about. I would recommend them to others because they were very available, very responsive and did quality work. I love the guy who came. He was very nice. I would grade them A's on all categories.

There prices were very reasonable and they were very though. What I liked about there services is they were willing to come and and provide services.
