We are also a Nicolock Pro Contractor, and a lic. Maryland tree expert. We install Nicolock permeable pavement systems, and storm water solutions. We do not use subcontractors, we have a highly skilled crew that can build and install paver driveways, walkways, stone retaining walls, steps, water gardens, porches, patios, raised patios, outdoor fire places, fire pits and outdoor kitchens. HL Design is proud of the beautiful fine gardens we design and install. including the installation and care of large trees. We provide complete tree care services including, tree removals, tree trimming, cabling and bracing, tree fertalizing and soil management services(including 24 hour emergency tree service). Catherine Burke and David Howe have over 35 years experience in the landscape construction and tree care business. David has a A.S in Agriculture and a B.S in plant production from Loma Linda University. In 2010 Catherine and David joined to form HL Design Landscaping. "We are committed to preserving, and enhancing your environment". We include a 3 year warranty on all construction work, and a 1 year warranty of landscape planting.
