They inspected and found only the damage that was already indicated on the inspection report. They treated approximately 1 sq foot of damage. Later, it turned out there was more extensive damage when dry wall was removed. I had not paid them yet so I asked them to come back out as $600 seemed pretty unreasonable for 1 sq foot. They agreed and set an appt at 9 am. When the technician called at 9 am he said he would be there in 45 minutes. I let him know I had to leave for work at 10 am. He said ok. At 9:55 he was still sitting in his car on the phone. I had to leave. So would I use them again? Nope. I wasn't impressed with the work the first time and I didn't appreciate the complete lack of regard for my time the second appointment.

If a client is not satisfied with our work, I would like to know about it, then given chance to make it right. As always, Pest Services Company has a money back guarantee policy which states "If at any time you are not satisfied with our services, let us know so we can make it right. After that if you are still not satisfied, we will refund your money. We in fact have received payment for this job and was told that no further services were needed.I will be contacting the customer on Monday to refund her money. No questions asked."

They were did a very good professional job when they were there. There price was a little higher then someone else's but, they did a very good job for us.

They come out each month on the third Monday and they are always on time. They are friendly and will treat for other things if I ask them to. They drive nice trucks and the price is about average I guess.

I THOUGHT THAT THE COMPANY DID GOOD WORK. I THINK THAT THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO MANY OF MY FRIENDS. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.
