This business is run by Mr. Robert Looper. He worked on this job for two weeks solid, starting at about 7 a.m., even on Saturday. He was always available by phone when I needed him and gave me regular updates, in person and by phone. He wanted my input on key decisions, such as where to route the drain spout in the front bushes. His final work product is meticulously done. He's also by far the nicest, most professional contractor I've ever hired. Oh, important -- he made sure I had the proper permit from the city before he started work, so I had no problems at all.

It was a service call so it was free. He is dependable and trustworthy. He is a very honest gentlemen. His prices are very reasonable.
