Javier and his team are highly talented. I would recommend them to anyone. My house in Georgetown from 1854, and an old lady had lived in it for +30 yrs and had not maintained it. I reached out to Javier for painting and a ton of exterior carpentry upon the recommendation of a friend of mine in Georgetown who had used Javier. Javier takes a lot of pride in his work, which is what I think makes him so good at his job and my favorite part him. He will tell you what can be done and where challenges are and is honest. His team works extremely hard, are conscientious, polite, and tidy. The latter I was shocked about just how careful they were with my yard, my street, and making sure each day they left things in very good shape. (My neighbors were watching closely and they even complimented Javier and his team!) The work took Javier longer than he anticipated not because they weren’t there every day working long hours (and not because they weren’t efficient workers) but because my house had more wood rot than they could have anticipated from the outset. They kept their word and kept working until the job was done without sacrificing quality. That is huge and not something you often find. Javier is getting quite busy, so I just hope I can hire him again when the time is right! Javier, thank you you for bringing my historic house back to life, for addressing all my questions and the details I was focused on, for being a good problem solver, for your honesty and ethics, and for being truly a professional and expert at your trade.

Javi and his team were excellent! My basement has been transformed to a modern family room. I have lots of storage and additional space to relax and or entertain. The project was completed on time and on budget!

Javi and his crew saved us last summer when we had a leak that required a quick repair and rebuilding of an entire wall, floor, and ceiling. He was able to do everything within our timeframe and the result looked as good as new!
