furniture repair, piano tuning
 + 0 moreMr Snyder and his business partner Ms Ester Mcormack had the knowledge, experience and patience to educate us on what to avoid as well as what to look for in a piano... new or used. We purchased one from them and had it delivered, then Mr. Snyder tuned in and rechecked all components. We remain extreemly appreciative of the entire experience. We will look forward, to the next time we need such products/services. They are now our 'go to' professionals.
Description of Work: We purchased a previously owned upright piano for use by a family in Rockville who have several elementary aged school children. Three of these children are boys 10 yrs and under who have high spectrum autism.

 + -1 moreThey were very generous with their time because they ran into some extra repairs. They did have to reschedule the first appointment I made with them and come back another day.
Description of Work: They tuned my piano and did some minor repairs.
