ServiceMaster had many people at my house while recovering from flood damage. Many people cutting up carpet and carrying it outside and moving a lot of furniture, shelving and items around. Everything was left stacked in piles since they were not the ones to fix the damage after tearing everything out. After they were done I am missing items. They only respond saying that nothing like this has happened before so I should do whatever I think is necessary. I am proceeding, trying to find a way to recover loss. I would say that if you have no choice but to use ServiceMaster you would need to inspect every ServiceMaster employee going in and out of their house.

Eliel was at house within hours to assess damage and had a crew in place an hour after that. They assessed progress daily over course of a week and were able to save our carpeting in the process. Because insurance was limited they worked with us to keep the price down. Very professional and a pleasure to deal with.
