 + -1 moreI called the national number last night to arrange for a plumber. They set up an appointment for me with this local affiliate. I was told the appointment would take place after 10 AM, and to expect a call 45 minutes in advance. I turned down other plumbers who called back after I left messages. When Rescue Rooter did not call, I called to see where we were on time. I was told that they would not be able to come out today due to weather. He offered four days from now, which just is not a possibility. I am disgusted that no one called, and I probably would have sat here for a lot longer. Now, I have no plumber and a stopped up drain after having canceled all the other plumbers that returned my call. I would not recommend.
Description of Work: Arrange to have drained cleared.
