On The Town Limousines

My friend and I were attending a function at the Lyric Opera House in Baltimore on Friday evening August 22; I wanted to make this a special occasion and wanted to hire a limousine. Since it’s been awhile I first checked Angie's List (of course) and as luck had it On The Town Limousine was located in Mt Airy/Frederick right where we lived. I checked their website and found the car/limo I wanted and placed a call. First off I was greeted on the phone after only one ring (no Voice Mail) by Barbara who was very friendly and professional. She had a wonderful pleasant voice and really made me feel very comfortable discussing my needs. She asked me a few questions about what I was looking for and explained everything to me and fully answered all my questions regarding price and service and payment. She made an impressive and quot;First Impressionand quot; Come Friday night my driver, Jason, arrived ahead of time in a very clean and what looked like a new vehicle which was exactly as depicted on the website and described by Barbara. Jason was very professional and polite, neatly dressed and opened the doors for us upon entering and exiting the vehicle each time. He drove us to the event and to other stops we requested always with a smile and a willingess to cater to our whims. I love using and quot;On the Town Limousinesand quot; will definitely use them for all my limo services in the future. The driver was gracious and very accommodating. He made my mother and sister feel very taken care of. I was very pleased by the service and his high degree of professionalism. I only wish I could treat my mother to this service more often.

It was awesome! We had originally purchased a Big Deal from another company and it was very difficult to get it coordinated.
Angies List suggested On the Town and we were not disappointed. Our driver, Kenny was prompt, courteous and very professional.
Deanna scheduled our limo on short notice and it was exactly what we expected. Will absolutely use again!!!

I liked everything about the company. The guy was very professional. I had special circumstances where someone needed to be surprised and there lots of other people involved and he really did a great job of stringing that out to create the surprise. He was fantastic. The price was the best price quoted of all of the other limousine services quoted. I would use them again in the future.

The driver was polite, professioonal, friendly and punctual.

We like them. They are reliable and the drivers have a good attitude. They generally give us good service for the money and they have never missed us. They pick up their phone when we call. We don't know these guys as well as we did the guys we used up north. Everyone could lower their price. Sometimes their drivers could be a little less chatty or nosy. We will use them again.

They were not any better or worse than anyone, but they were much more reasonable than the others. They followed up well and called to remind us. They were on-time; the drivers were very good and picked us up exactly when we asked for. They just did a good job and I was satisfied with the service.
