All of these designs are available with the best performing glass available anywhere; ConservaGlass Select; this glazing is especially designed to keep the suns heat out in the summer & also reflects your heat source back into the your room in the winter. Additionally, it provides UV protection & has an additional exterior coating that helps keep the glass clean allowing for TOTAL COMFORT all year long! All products come with a 10 year structure warranty & a limited lifetime warranty against glass seal failure as well as glass breakage. Maryland Sunrooms uses only factory trained employees who have many years experience building & installing these beautiful sunrooms which is why we can provide a limited lifetime warranty on all workmanship! As is always the case, the projects took a little longer than expected, but the delay was no more than what one might expect, and the beautiful work made it worth it!
There were a few issues at the completion of the project, but the company sent someone to fix the issues promptly, and (obviously) at no extra cost.
We had one issue over a year later that they happily came and fixed. Again, free of charge.
We would certainly use them again if we had any similar projects!
