Sheila and her team were AMAZING! They were on-time for the estimate appointment and it was clear and easy to understand the ins and outs of the job. We had wind issues on the originally scheduled day but Sheila communicated as soon as she knew and we rescheduled quickly. The materials arrived without issue and her team arrived on-time and completed the job efficiently and effectively. They had to remove gutter guards and were able to re-install them. They had been installed improperly by someone else when originally purchased but her team made it right as part of the roof replacement. No debris left behind, only one small bush was damaged (barely alive prior to job anyway) but no damage to the few bushes and trees we noted as important to protect. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to ANYONE and use them again myself without question. Did I mention she sent her team back a couple weeks later to power wash the house? Yep, and even made sure to properly caulk so siding patch that had been done. So good, so professional and so easy to work with. BEST VALUE hands down.

We have a two-step brick entry area at the front of the house.  It didn't have railings, and as we and our friends got older, it was harder to use the steps safely.  I contacted several fencing contractors who didn't do this kind of work, and was referred to Weatherproof.  Mr. Murrah came out to the house and we talked about what we wanted.  He got back to us with a couple of options that went well with the style of our house, and we chose a simple black aluminum rail.  Mr. Murrah installed exactly what we wanted in 1 day and left the property spotless.  The rail is very firmly anchored, so using the steps is much safer now.  Neighbors have commented on how nice the railing looks, and some have asked for referrals, which we happily made.
