(a) we needed to very little interaction with the insurance company. Other than contacting them and letting them in our house virtually all the communication and claims work was taken care of by K&B. In addition all billing was handled directly so we were never out of pocket (other than our deductible).
(b) When the work was complete it is impossible to tell that we had a flood. I was amazed that all that damage could be restored to the original quality.
While at our home all the workers were courteous and friendly. I would call them again if we had a restoration project.
