I had a bad experience with another provider years ago that told me my heater was too old and I needed a newer, more expensive system. Jim came over and looked at it and said he could find parts for it. He repaired it, and I still have that heater to this day. He did a great job, and I wish he still came to my area.

Time again to have my heating system checked and serviced. I have a contract with Jim Fletcher which provides for my system to be checked each spring and fall. They also check and adjust the whole-house humidifier system they installed. It gives me great peace of mind to know everything is good for the new season. I've had this contract with Jim for several years. The company calls automatically to schedule the check so I don't have to remember. They always show up exactly when they say they will and the guys are always friendly and have a great attitude.
