They arrived a little early and were very professional and friendly. They did a wonderful job and I would recommend them very highly and the use of steam rather than chemicals was very desirable as well!

Normally I would spend $200 but this was a one off situation. It was an emergency visit and they came out the next day. They did a regular cleaning for me about a month ago. Their responsiveness was great. They are very honest, trustworthy, reliable and thorough. I don't really rave about people very much, I am really picky, but these people were amazing. They are very fairly priced, but not the cheapest; they had the best value. It's just a couple who are self employed and they don't have subcontractors; so they do all the work themselves. They are just wonderful people and are really, really good at what they do.

Outstanding quality and service! This company was wonderful to work with. They returned calls promptly and answered all my questions patiently and completely. They used mild, baby-safe soap and no dangerous chemicals. The carpets look new. I thought the glider was ruined after my baby vomited prunes all over it, but they cleaned it completely and there is no sign of stain. The carpets look new. I thought the kitchen chairs cushions were ready for the dump, but the cleaning brought them back to life. Freedom Carpet Cleaners were honest, careful, fairly priced and did a terrific job. What more could one ask? I recommend them enthusiastically.
