It took about two weeks for the entire process, during which time Jen was in frequent contact. Every contact with this company was pleasant and sympathetic.
It was very hard losing Duncan - 18 years is a good long time, but I knew he was in good hands. My prior two experiences were with Edy, a 10 year old cairn that died abruptly after surgery, and Godzilla a 25 year old bird. Contacts in every case were frequent, sympathetic and kind. The urns are all nice and suitable for display.
