If an unexpected issue pops up during the work, Steve points it out, makes recommendations as needed, and takes care of it promptly. Steve is a pleasure to do business with. I will continue to call him whenever my house needs work.
Description of Work: I have hired Steve multiple times over the years to work on my house. Most recently, he replaced old wood porch columns with structural vinyl columns, replaced wood garage door molding with composite molding, and did finish work on the exterior of a basement window. Previous work includes replacing all the old window shutters with new ones, roof repair, vinyl trim repair, and replacing a basement door. Accurate, detailed quotes are always provided.
