Linda the sales associate was very nice. It took a little while from the time the countertops were ordered until they were installed (but some of that was due to my scheduling). I then had to deal with Ernie for scheduling, but he was also very easy to work with. The installers were friendly and professional. They did a great job. They were able to disconnect the plumbing before they started working, but would not reconnect after. They did a good job in removing and replacing a cabinet. Two areas on the countertops needed to be revised. Ernie was helpful in getting this resolved. Overall, I'm happy with the job that they did.
