Excellent.  They took a highly consultative approach on the first visit which included researching the best possible speaker options and making a recommendation which actually ended up equaling less work for them and savings for me (wireless vs wired for my upstairs).  Estimates were timely, professional and reasonable.  They were on-time and on budget for the actual work and I like the time and material approach vs paying fixed fee, and they worked diligently and efficiently.  Very pleased and pleasantly suprised to get such a high level of service, highly recommend.
