We installed a quartz countertop in our bathroom vanity. They came and measured and templated everything, then a week later they installed. Everything is perfectly done and looks beautiful.  They also worked with us to provide a windowsill for a bathroom window, suggesting a material and fabricating to our contractors' specs. The price they quoted us for the countertop was half what the other companies were quoting.

After looking at several providers of shower enclosures we settled on Creative In Counters for several reasons.  First, the previous owner of the house used them to install some kitchen counters.  We were pleased with the work they did when we used them to extend the counter.  Second, because we did not want a ceramic tile or fiberglass shower enclosure, the alternate materials they offered were attractive.  Third, we wanted to minimize the number of seams exposed to water in the shower.  Fourth, we wanted the material of the shower to match the material of the counter tops.  When we were at the display room, we were told that we could get a walk in shower consisting of 4 pieces, 3 walls and a basin.  We were told by the sales person, that the walls would each be a single piece, with the only seams/joints located in the corners where the panels abutted.

The first problem arose when the delivered basin was too small.  I find this interesting because they used a computer controlled device to measure the actual opening after the general contractor had taken the walls down to the studs.  The incorrect sizing was not realized until after the contractor had installed the wall durock.  When the Creative In Counters person came to make the measurements for fabricating the wall pieces and the bathroom counters (2) he noted the discrepancy between the durock walls and the basin, and stated that the location of durock needed to be changed.  At this point, we also found out that the side wall would be constructed of 2 separate pieces that would be epoxied together at the time of installation.  During this visit, we were told that due to the length of one of the counters, we would need to install addition support under the portion of the counter not over the cabinet unit.  Our contractor spent a day removing the installed durock, installing shims on top of the existing studs, and reinstalling the durock.  The contractor also installed the additional support for the counter.  When Creative In Counters returned to install the shower sidewalls and the counters, we noted a significant gap between the back of the Corian side panels and the previously existing level of the wall, that was due to the extra shims that the contractor had to install between the durock and the studs.  The way that we agreed to deal with this issue, was to install an additional bull nose transition piece between the panel pieces and the existing wall.  The initial bull nose pieces were not thick enough to bridge the distance.  After some additional discussion with the home office and a return trip, the workers installed a thicker transition piece.  After the panels were installed and epoxied together, we noticed that there was a very apparent difference in grain between the upper and lower portions of the panels.  After some further examination, we noticed that each of the panels (the 2 end panels) consisted of epoxied together sections.  This was not an issue with the end panels, as some effort was made to match the grains of the abutting sections.  There was obviously no effort to match the grain of the side wall upper and lower panel sections.  The bathroom counters were both very attractive and were installed without any issues. The workers who came to our house were all very polite and punctual.  After some interaction, Creative In Counters did provide some compensation to our contractor.

They were friendly and helpful from the first time we walked into the store. They let us pick out the slabs of granite we wanted and got measurements from our contractor. Once they had the template done they brought us back in to show us the image of what our counter tops would look like, this was on a computer. We had the ability to ask for revisions if we felt the seams didn't match up correctly.
One of the slabs we had was accidently broken so they had to redo the image and we had to re-approve it.
The staff that came out to install the counter tops were pleasant and did a good job. They were so impressed with what they were installing that they took pictures.
This was an amazing experience, I would highly recommend this company.

They went the extra mile by allowing us to switch slabs late in the process.

The Cambria I chose was ordered.  My new kitchen cabinets were installed.  A  technician came to my home and laser measured the installed cabinets, went over the order and confirmed the location of sinks and model numbers of faucets. The installers (Pablo, Jabe and Austin) arrived on time and were very interested in my satisfaction with their installation even though it was their last job of the afternoon.  I remain very happy with my selection of Creative In-Counters!

The first step in the process was the template, which was done with my existing counters still in place.  Which allowed me to not have to go without a kitchen sink for a week.  They use a CAD program and a giant laser pointer to get a great fit.  This process was really interesting and you can still add and tweak things.  Next came the install, the two guys Pablo and Rene from Creative InCounters arrived right within the time window I had been given and got right to work.  The first thing they did was put down something to protect my hardwood floors and then disconnected the sink and removed it and the counter tops in no time at all..  The install of the new counter tops went well.  I had an existing tile back splash that I wanted to keep and they did such a good job it looks like the old back splash was put in after the counter tops.  I also wanted to mention that when my plumber came to connect my facet up he noticed that the new under mount sink was not only held in by adhesive but also clamps that are anchored into the quarts.  he mentioned this because he does work for another counter top company and they don't do that, he was impressed.  Overall I am very happy with my beautiful new counter tops and the great service I recieved from Creative InCounters.

I love the final product!  The countertops are beautiful.  The person who came out to measure was prompt and helpful and answered any question that I had.  The installation team was great, prompt, polite, quick, and competed the job without any problems.  The ordering process was a bit strange in that I never met the person.  We spoke on the telephone once and the rest of the contact regarding selecting a product and details was was via email.  There was a showroom in my area (Columbia) so I borrowed samples of granite and quartz from there as well as looked at sample kitchens.

We used another company to "design" our kitchen remodel. We just wanted to replace the countertops and floor, and add a backsplash. This company hired several companies to handle all the work. Therefore, for the countertops and sink, Creative InCounters in Mt. Airy, MD, was used. The estimated cost above includes the cost for the quartz countertops and the removal of the old countertops. We added an additional $1500 for installation and labor, but we probably overestimated. We will submit a report for the main company we dealt with, but we wanted to give credit to Creative InCounters for their excellent work and responsiveness. We did not experience any delays at all with Creative InCounters. Everyone was very professional and courteous.
