Bob and his wife Dixie are very easy to work with. They are prompt in calling back, and getting out with a quote. We have used in the past to replace shingles that have blown off( before our new roof). Bob even added a roof vent for us about 2 years back.

We got the color and quality we wanted, expertly installed. We've had no problems in the months since installation of the roof.

My overall experience with them has been excellent. He came and gave the estimate when he was supposed to and came to start the work when he was supposed to. He put up a good quality shingle. My roof is still up and doing well.

We are at the foot of the mountains, and it gets very windy up here. The wind had blown the tiles up and cracked them in the back so we had a leak. They came out and tore off the old roof and re-roofed the whole roof with a better and heavier type of tile. The quality of their work was great. One of his guys forgot a little piece of flashing and it created a big drip in my morning room and I called them and said that the roof was leaking. They came out that day and tore off the whole roof on the morning roof and re-roofed it. The piece of flashing didn't get put in properly, but their response was very good. They also paid for painting the interior of the room; they didn't have to do that, but they did it. They were going to pay to have the whole interior painted but we said that the ceiling in the morning room would be fine. They took care of the problem right away. They are very good. We would use them again and would recommend them to anybody. They did good work and stood behind their claim that if anything was wrong, they would take care of it.

Dixie and Bob came by together in the evening to review the job site. They had completed work for the previous owner and knew the buildings well. The materials arrived from the supplier and were placed on the roof. A few days later the install crew showed up. They put down tarps and went to work. There were no issues with the quality of the work from the crew he sent in. The workers for the gutters showed up a few days later as Dixie did not schedule them correctly. It was not a big deal as no rain was in the forecast. They are a local business with a good crew and gutter subcontractor. Overall I was very satisfied and would not hesitate to call again.

They removed the old roof and put in a new long lasting roof. They rendered excellent services and the quality too was excellent. I shopped around for other quotes at that time and found Bob Fitterer Roofing to be the best and reasonably priced. They took off the old shingles and replaced it. They also did a great job near the chimney and the edge of the roof. I recommend their services and will use the same in future.
