went very well. they arrived on time. owner was on the crew. they cleaned up well.  performed work as described.

We hired this same company about 2 years ago to remove 2 trees and they did an excellent job and we were very pleased. Therefore, when we needed additional tree work, we decided to go with the same company. First we asked for a free estimate and so we made an appointment and Tom Berger (owner) arrived at the appointed date/time. We walked our property discussing what we wanted done for each tree and Tom discussed in length what he was going to do to each tree. We called a few days later to make the appointment for the work to be completed. Tom called to confirm the appointment the night before and he and one additional worker arrived early the next morning. Since the days temperatures were predicted to be over 95+ degrees, I didn't mind them starting as early as possible. They worked consistently removing limbs and shaping up the trees as we had discussed. As a courtesy to the neighbors and the early hour, they didn't start using any of the very noisy equipement until much later in the morning. After completing the trimming and removal of all debris, Tom and I once again walked the property and he showed me all of the work that was done and verified that I was satisfied with the results (which I was). I would gladly hire this company again.
