Mr Beck was on time, very knowledgable and honest. He didn't try to oversell me on things i didn't need. He did point out the main water shutoff valve (wheel style) was very old and outdated, recommended 90 degree lever valve that is simple to turn. My general contractor MAB works with his plumbing company often and recommended him. We were very pleased with his work and will hire him again.

I thought that was pretty impressive that the company that does this for a living couldn't do it but he was able to install it. When he was done with the services everything was working perfectly.

He is wonderful. I highly recommend him. We had a rusty pipe in our boiler. It was a 4 inch pipe. So he had to take off the old pipe. He did not have the part on his truck. So he ordered a new part and he is going to be coming back today to install the part. We also noticed that we have a leak in our sink. He is going to fix that while he is here. I think it's his wife who does all the scheduling. You describe the problem to her. You can send pictures to them of the part that's causing a problem. Usually I can schedule within a few days. He is always on time. He doesn't mind you standing there and talking to him and looking at what he is doing. He always knows what to do. We've had some very complicated plumbing problems in our 80 year old house and he has always come through for us.

Excellent. Mr. Beck is a knowledgeable professional -- straightforward, no drama.

Beck plumbing came highly recommended by a neighbor. I had them first come back in 2010 to replace a broken water shutoff valve. They were on time, clean, quick, and very professional. Also very reasonable price. I then had them come out again in 2011 to replace an old toilet with a new one, and replace a leaky gasket on another toilet. Again, they did an excellent job for a very reasonable price ($690 all in, including price of nice new TOTO toilet). I've also had them come out on another occasion to run through several projects around the house and discuss options. They did this for free. Jim Beck and his son do all the work. They are extremely pleasant and professional. I feel very confident in the work they do and the prices they quote. It's nice to find a service provider and know there is no need to shop around for better quality or price.

This was a positive experience. I have called Beck in the past, and have always had good things to say about them. They are very fair on there prices they charge, and they have always been on time. I have found that they are also easy to schedule service with.

They came and told me before hand that they'd be at my home all day, but they worked quickly and got everything done in a half day. They were very knowledgeable in what they were doing and even with the holes they had to cut in the drywall. They cleaned up very well after themselves and were by far the best price that I had received in contrast to other estimates. I'd use them again and highly recommend them to others!

HE'S BEEN FABULOUS. HE'S HONEST AND RELIABLE. SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO WAIT TO GET HIM OUT BECAUSE HE HAS A BIG CLIENT BASE, BUT HE'S WORTH IT.
