They did an excellent work. They cleaned up after themselves, helpful and friendly.

Excellent service, very professional, punctual, performed the service in one afternoon. We were refilling the pool that afternoon when repairs were completed. I'd recommend Atlantic to anyone with a swimming pool maintenance issue especially one involving a 50-year old pool like ours.

I have an in ground pool so my pool service is Atlantic Pool, Inc. They're excellent. I've used them since I've moved here seven years ago. They are totally professional, here exactly the time they make the appointment for. They answer all your questions and give you recommendations of things you might want to upgrade or just change to make the pool better. Since I've used nobody else, I would say probably A [for the price]. They're very reasonable people. [For quality] they're excellent. They're top notch.

We've been very impressed with them. They come when they are supposed to and they seem to really know what they are doing. They were coming for a couple of days in a row and so it was fixed. If you call, they answer immediately and they come the next day. We are not used to that kind of service. They are not cheap.

We had suspected a pool leak had caused pool tiles to separate from the gunite base wall. It's not important to go into great detail about the successfully completed repairs of our "Sip and Dip". It's called a "Sip and Dip" because it's a heated tiled over-sized Roman pool suitable only for evening "Sipping and Dipping". What is important is that the Atlantic Pool owner's and their employees treated a suspected leak, tile replacement and regrouting the entire pool tile as if they were repairing an olympic pool. Every phone call answered, every appointment kept, every question answered. How refreshing to deal with professionals who pride themselves on customer service and satisfaction.
