I have so much differed maintenance on my house that it's going to cost about $11000 worth of work.  He's very reasonable because I had other estimates and also it's very easy to work with him.  If I want something changed, he likes to do it the way I want them done.  Also, he really works with me because he's doing all the maintenance while we are living here.  He says that that's not a good day for us to be on the bedroom floor and asks if we could do this.  He's very flexible.  He's a contractor.  If I tell him that this is not a good day for this floor to be done and I have to set something up for what I'm doing and ask to work on a different floor, he'll tell his guys to do something else.  He doesn't act like it's a pain at all.
