Prestige Restoration inc. - Floor Specialists

This is the third time I've had Prestige do work for me, and once again the work was perfect.  I agreed on the details of the work over the telephone with Lenin Garcia, the president of Prestige Restoration Flooring, and we signed a detailed contract before he started the work.  I covered and taped the cupboards with plastic drop cloths before they started working.  The team arrived at the agreed time each of the three days, worked carefully to ensure that sawdust did not leave the kitchen.  They prepped the surface at each stage so that it was absolutely dust free at each step.  My floors look like a glass surface.  There is not a dent in the wood or a speck of dust in the finish. They finished the work on the agreed schedule.    
I would definitely hire this company again, and I recommend them without reservation.
With the exception of the kitchen and the bathrooms, Prestige refinished all the floors in my 1200 sq ft townhouse 4 years ago.  They matched the floor stain to the existing wooden doors and window frames, and applied 2 coats of polyurethane, and installed quarter round floor molding to match the floors.  The floors were perfectly finished, including under hot water heaters and in the corners of the closets.  
In 2003, Prestige installed new red oak hardwood floors in the step down living room of my previous residence.  Perfect work.
