The pants turned out fine, the sweaters did not look that great in the end but the holes are not in noticeable places so I was not that upset.

Exactly as I requested. I have used other people in the past and they always did it wrong. He pinned and and quot;chalkedand quot; the jeans when measuring.

The owner is fantastic. He's very professional and friendly. He greets me at the door. He also carries my laundry out to the car sometimes. The staff is very good. The quality of the dry cleaning is excellent. I haven't had any mishaps with my clothing. They give much better quality results than I've had in a long time.

They performed an excellent job and offered outstanding customer interaction and service. Very friendly, cordial and informative. I like that they have a seamstress and shoe repair as well as the dry cleaning services all on premises. I would definitely patronize their business and recommend their services.

I dropped off our garments on Thursday and asked for expedited service to pick up on Saturday morning at 11am. They charged me $15 extra for the rush service. The cleaning of my husband's suit and my dress was perfect and neatly done. However when I arrived on Saturday morning at 11am it was not ready. I had to wait for them to finish it up. I will use them in the future, their cleaning service is excellent, but not on short notice.

They can get out any stain - rust, magic marker - they are incredible! Before I knew them, I used to drive into DC. They are wonderful, friendly, and reasonable. They can work under time constraints, too, and they've done restoration for wedding dresses in the past.

Mr. Greenbaum truly is one of the nicest people I've ever met. Everything was done as promised.
