There wasn’t anything special about their services.  As usual with these cases we had no contact with the company itself but we had contact with the particular real estate agent who was representing us and that was satisfactory.  I would not rave about her but I don’t have any complaints either.  I would depend on the realtor and not the company.  I don’t think I would use this particular real estate agent again but I wouldn’t have a problem with Keller Williams if I got a different agent. The price was the standard 6% commission and there was no variation in the price. The quality of service was what I had expected and they did everything they were supposed to do.  

I found Jeanne Koerber, and her partner Robin to be hardworking, responsive, and always kind to me, but tough when they needed to be in negotiations.  I have dealt with four real estate agents in this area and bought two homes, and this was the best experience by far.  You can have a very good, (or very bad) experience buying a home depending on the agent.  With Jeanne, I had a great experience!  She grew up in this area and really knows the area.  She was able to find a neighborhood that is perfect for me, which I didn't even realize existed.  My home appraised above what I paid for it and I feel very happy with her service.
