Jim Palmer was very prompt in coming to our house to discuss our plans, he also provided an estimate via email that same evening which we accepted. He came the following week to perform the work. He did an excellent job & we are very pleased with the tile job done on both hearths. (We found out about his company when we purchased our tile as he was listed on their 'Preferred Contractor List'. That company guarantees the work of all contractors on their list, however I went to Angie's List just to verify that they had a good rating - they did). I highly recommend his company & I plan to have him do future projects at our house.
