Jaye did another fantastic job for us replacing carpet with wood flooring! Beautiful work! Closet was a geometrical mess! He overcame that mess fine! Prompt, helpful and very suggestive! No "after mess" cleanup involved. A truly professional man!

Jaye has been our "go to" professional for work a 76 yr old man cant do. He is prompt, he is extremely professional. No lounging around with "chit chat" with homeowner. His rates are extremely fair for the amount of time he works. He researches "the job" and gives you options. No finer "handyman" in our area!

Jaye did an absolutely FANTASTIC job with our powder room! He replaced the vanity, countertop, faucet, switches, flooring, light fixture, medicine cabinet, and exhaust fan. He also installed new wainscoting and trim and repainted the ceiling and walls. We could not have been happier with the result and his careful attention to detail. He began the work exactly when he said he would and completed it ahead of schedule. Better still, he even removed and disposed of all the existing materials! We are already working with him to schedule our next projects and recommend his services!

This is our 2nd experience using Jaye. He is very easy to work with and goes the "extra mile" to insure you get what you want and installed by a professional. Our old floor was 17 yrs old and carpet. We needed a wood floor to match the wood floors in the LR/DR. He went out of his way to find a distributor for the flooring we needed(17 yrs old and no longer made).He found one and installed the Bruce Harwood flooring perfectly! Extremely professional! Price more than fair for all the work he did! Floor was installed perfectly! We had a kitchen cabt. door that was never installed correctly and he fixed it perfectly and it took some time to properly do it! He had to re-hinge both doors. Not fun! Thanks Jay...AGAIN!!

The work was excellent. Jaye is very professional and fair in his estimations. He has access to products that you won't find in the big box stores like the Decorative PVC exterior Columns he used to replace our rotting exterior overhang supports. His estimates are clear and you can easily understand the cost of labor and materials. His craftsmanship is top notch as was evidenced on the work he performed fixing our master shower which had been leaking for years because the initial installation was haphazard by using a shower door that leaked, and tile that allowed a grout line down the middle of the threshold. He was able to fix the tile around the shower threshold and recommended that we get a semiframeless shower door with adjustable mounts to accommodate houses which have less than plumb angles. He told me the brand of shower door we should look for and once installed the work commenced promptly and finished on time and within budget. Overall, I highly recommend Willow Tree Construction, LLC. for any home remodeling projects you may have. You will not be disappointed.

Jaye came to look at a damaged back porch roof and a garage ceiling that had been torn apart to fix broken pipes. Jay discussed the roof at length opened up the ceiling panels to inspect the damage. He advised me to call a roofing company as the damage was extensive, but said he'd replace the damaged ceiling panels and trim afterward. Meanwhile, he completed the garage. He took out the space heater my husband had installed (a fire hazard), insulated the heck out of the area, and repaired/replaced the drywall. I really appreciate his honest and thorough assessment of the roof and the great job he did on the garage ceiling. Very nice, very professional and efficient. Look forward to him finishing the deck trim.

Jaye Rinker, the owner of Willow Tree was great to work with. He listened to what we wanted and worked out how to make it happen. I'm fussy about details and can say Jaye is just a fussy. (By the way, I'm pretty handy myself, so I can be a pretty harsh judge of workmanship). He made sure the fit and finish were perfect. This even caused him to have to come back for a return visit because the provided trim was a little off. Another carpenter might have "made it work" by making a huge caulk line, Jaye ordered the correct size trim and returned to install it properly. Jaye is also very reliable, communicates and shows up when he says he will. These are all traits that can be hard to find, so I really appreciate them. I'm glad I found him and will have him.

Jaye was fantastic. I was on a tight deadline to have the work completed. Jaye was able to work with my schedule, stayed in constant communication and was able to schedule me sooner than anticipated. Jaye was willing to modify the job and discuss pros and cons of the modification as we proceeded based on what I wanted even though it reduced his over all fee. Jaye gave me helpful advise on how to resolve some of the wall issues on my own which is a real pro thing to do rather than nickle and diming for consultation or work. The product looks great! We has thoughtful and conscientious about his work. I will hire him again for future projects!

Jaye was prompt in responding to my estimate request. He was professional in discussing what we wanted and explained any unforeseen situations we might encounter. He arrived on time. He covered areas to prevent damage to wood and carpet floors. He ran into a few labor intensive problems and handled them well. Everything was done better than I expected. He was accommodating. His work was excellent as well as professional. Our entry way was expanded and finishing work professional. He cleaned up as expected and left nothing undone. Will not hesitate to hire Jaye again.

Greatly exceeded our expectations! Based on our initial conversation with Jaye, he provided several drawings so we could get an idea of how what we ask for would actually look -- very helpful. The project included tearing out an older dog shower, replacing an exterior door to the room, replacing roll tile with ceramic tile, and adding storage cabinets and granite counter tops. Also, he relocated some plumbing fixtures and an electrical outlet so they would be more accessible for the new (not built-in) dog shower. Finally, he replaced the sink, repainted the room and did a number of other tasks -- too many to list. Jaye was extremely professional. Over the period of the project, he arrived precisely when he said it would, kept the work area spotless, and hauled away the debris each day. The finished room was beautiful and the craftsmanship was superior. We definitely recommend Willow Tree. In fact, we plan to have Jaye redo two bathrooms.

We had Jaye do two bathroom remodels earlier and were happy with his work. So we called him for our kitchen remodel. He gave us a time frame and talked through everything he would do and gave us an estimate. He showed up every day on time, kept the rest of the house dust free, did excellent work on each part of the job, cleaned up well, and his final bill was just what he estimated. He was flexible in working around our countertop installation by another company and had everything ready for them. He also advised and worked with me to allow me to do some of the work myself. We are completely satisfied with the finished project and would definitely work with Jaye again.

Jaye’s work was fantastic, the finished product is exactly what I was hoping for. It was a tough job too because there were different colors to try to match up, it looks really wonderful. The tub is clean, edges are sharp and tidy, and the coloring looks great. A+ for sure.

Took a while to get an installation date due to heavy schedule. Installed door in one day with very good attention to detail. It has been installed only a little while, but all indications are positive, looks good, weather sealed out, siding well replaced, works smoothly etc. Would definitely recommend.
