Victor and the team are fantastic people. They are great communicators. They do excellent pro work. They did two projects for me: One project to finish my workshop with drywall for walls and ceiling, painting, as well as adding three workshop lights; another project in the basement, which was special as they had to do insulation and isolation work for a music studio, re-shape the control room according to my instructions in order to adapt it to pro audio standards, including wall isolation and doubling of drywall using "green glue" as a sound absorbing adhesive, putting new lighting limiting sound issues, and repainting the whole area, basically a recording room and the control room. This work was not easy. They just did it according to expectations. They are hard workers and very nice. I will definitely think about MBN Contractors, LLC when I have a new work to do.

Victor and the team are phenomenal. They had an extra challenge because both myself and my wife are working from home so replacing every square inch of carpet while 2 people worked/lived full-time, wasn't easy. Victor and his team were easy to work with, very communicative, reasonable priced and helped us with a few extra things that popped up. They left the place spotless, the job was done without flaw and they couldn't have been cooler to work with. We got to know them pretty well since we all shared one condo for about 5 days for 8 hours per day and they are a great crew. Definitely would recommend.

I am a real estate agent who oversaw the preparation of client's home to go on market. My clients had a small budget and need of a lot of work. I applaud Victor's patience, kindness and commitment to achieving the best results. The scope of work beautifully accomplished on this 50 year old poorly maintained home included: -Painting the interior of the home (13 rooms); -Installing wood flooring in 3; -Installing granite counters -Repairing/revitalizing old kitchen cabinets; -glazing bathroom tiles, and other random issues that were revealed including plumbing issues. Working with Victor and his team of professionals made my challenging task a pleasure. He is extremely patient leader/worker that is dedicated to excellent results. In the end, over 30 prospective buyers visited the home and many complimented the quality of the renovation. Thanks Victor. Several offers have been received on this property...full ask, no contingencies (if you're in RE, you know...this is good.) If I had one minor suggestion for improvement to offer...be aware of cleaning up better. However, for the value of his work...no problem, it really wasn't much. Continued blessings and success Victor. I'll be calling you for future projects.

Victor communicates well, did the job in a timely fashion, was very respectful all along, and was willing to help out with small jobs to get the house ready even when it required a separate visit from him. His quote was very reasonable and he also made suggestion for paint color as per current trends. As some others have noted, the clean up could have been better and is the only reason not to give a 5 for work quality. Painting itself was perfect.

Victor and his staff arrived on time to do the project. Their work was excellent and a good value. I have hired them to do a 2nd job and will consider them as the need arises.

I hired American Professional Contractor to paint my front and back porches. The front porch in particular had been poorly painted in the past and Victor and his team did a great job restoring and smoothing the surfaces. They arrived on time every day, were very communicative, and their price was extremely fair. I would highly recommend.

Victor was very nice. The quality of work was OK. Their clean up, however as noted in other reviews, should have been better. There was paint splattered on the floor and a large clump of spackling was hardened on the floor moulding after a bucket fell.

They were accommodating, polite, quick, focused and gave very good advice. My kitchen looks great with just a new paint coat and backsplash! I plan to use them again for a small bathroom project.

Victor communicates well, and is accessible. We appreciated how fast APC was able to mobilize for the project. We pointed out some missed spots and Victor took care of it.

They do quality work. I should have had them clean up a little better, but no problem.

Their price is absolutely fair. Victor was quick to respond to all my calls and all agreed things to do were done to my satisfaction. Keep up the good work Victor!

APC painted the exterior of our house and we are very pleased. Victor was responsive and the job was completed in a timely manner. When we asked for touch-ups in a few spots he was at our house within hours and his crew did a great job. They also cleaned out our gutters.

Price was much cheaper than 2 other quotes. They replaced some rotted trim around several windows that I did not notice previously. They caulked an sealed the exterior. They even reinstalled a broken shutter for free. The exterior of our house looks amazing now. APC did A+ work. Highly recommend.

We had bids from 6 contractors and APC was by far the lowest bid. They were half the bid of the high bidder and $900 less than the next best bid. I selected them with no concern because of the previous ratings they had gotten on Home Advisor. They did the work within the budget and on time in an excellent manner. After doing the work, I asked if they wanted to install my new floor at the same price Home Depot would charge. An other excellent job. I have already lined up an other job for them with a neighbor and fully intent to introduce them to my circle of friends. I certainly would hire them again.
