I think they've done a great job. He came back, I needed to get one more light to shine my whole back yard, we were just waiting on that to get delivered. He came back several times. There was like a lump sump, but he broke it up in three's for me. One day he came and it rained, so he didn't do the outside work, he did the inside work and I just paid him for that. I would say that he was flexible in payment. Kevin is very easy to work with.
