+ -1 moreSee item above. I am not even sure how we initially found him, but he really is great -- and impeccably honest! He did exactly what he said he would do -- from diagnostics to final product. If you have a basement problem, he can fix it! You can reach him by phone at 301-748-1646.
Description of Work: Mr. Beane successfully stopped a stubborn basement leak. This was in the (initially) dirt-floor cellar of a 100+ year old house that we are readying for sale. His work involved diagnostics, coating of the floor, cleaning and painting the walls, cutting and removing a tree root that was guiding water to the foundation, installing a membrane to keep water away and caulking various areas. We have subsequently remained dry through several virtual monsoons. This guy is tremendous!
