Mortgage Companies
I worked primarily with Brian, however, David was always ready to step in if I needed attention and Brian was not available. IMI Lending was extremely thorough and patient with a challenging mortgage process (lots of documentation was necessary for the underwriting) and my many questions. We were working within about a 30 day timeline and I felt like I was their only customer (although during the low-interest mortgage rush, I clearly was not!), as they were always available for me and aware of what was needed/outstanding at all times.
I would definitely use IMI Lending again and could not recommend them more highly!!!
