Painting and construction was first rate. Generally neat, always cleaning each day. Professional and friendly. Dust and disruption major, but inevitable. Work by a construction crew of 2 and a prep/painting crew or 4 to 5 took almost a month. Since there was but a rough estimate provided, the work and materials seemed expensive. Finally, the final cleanup left the house dusty, with spackle on the bath floors and over 150 paintings, works of art and furniture to hang and move. A cleaning crew and lots of personal effort to finish. Too much final work at that price.
