Came out about a month and a half ago to paint interior area of home. Left the area somewhat clean but customer found paint on the window treatment, other then that it was fine.

Due to the soffits being fairly elaborate i.e. dental molding details the work was tricky. They did such an outstanding job that you can't even tell it was ever repaired. Their paintwork was neat and flawless. I would recommend them and definitely use them again.

Excellent. I've used CertaPro Frederick for interior painting in the past and was very pleased. The exterior painting went just as well. Excellent service and the painters were very professional. Great job!

I think they were a little pricey. Their scheduling and their communication with trying to get scheduled wasn't very clean or easy. We've used them in the past and they do such a good detailed paint job and we didn't really see that as much from them this time with their service but it was pretty good. There was one guy that worked my nerves but he was very nice.

Everything went great...from the estimate, drywall repairs, prep, painting and cleanup. Everyone was so nice and professional. Great experience and my home is all nice and fresh...ready for the holidays.

CertaPro painted our living room, sun room, dining room, master bedroom and kitchen. The hallways and the stairway were also painted.   The ceilings in all of the fore-mentioned areas were painted.  The painters were very professional and did a fantastic job.

I contacted CertaPro Painters and made an appointment for an estimate on the folloing day. Mr. Stears came at the exact time of the appointment, quickly and thoroughly reviewed the work to be done.  He said he would provide me with an estimate before the end of the week.  His estimate arrived via eMail within three days. The work was scheduled to accommodat my needs. Two CertaPro painters arrived early on the scheduled date. On the first day the garrage drywall was cleaned and patched including replacing joint tape on the ceiling. The garrage walls, ceiling, two walk in doors and two windows were given two coats of satin white paint. The wooden deck was also power washed. The CertaPro painters did not return the next day due to rain. On the third day they returned and painted the deck with solid color stain. The CertaPro painters did an excellent job, the garrage looks better than when the house was new and the paint edges where the deck was attached to the house were sharp and no paint was on the building's siding.

Working with Trevor and his Certa Pro Painters Team in Monrovia, MD was a pleasure.  Trevor kept us informed and updated on his schedule for painting that was delayed a few days due to rain.  The team completed the work within the time estimated and we are very pleased with the results.  We would use Certa Pro for future home painting needs.

The company did an excellent job repairing the ceiling.  The ceiling area where the wallboard patch was

made is not visible to the eye,  and the company did a very clean, smooth job.   The paint job was excellent also.

Trevor, supervisor of project, came to our home promptly per scheduled appointment and provided a work estimate on line within 2 days.  The work was scheduled to meet HOA requirements for completion of project.  The painting crew (Keith and Charles) was prompt, polite, and professional.  They cleaned up each day after work.  The painting job is spectacular, covering areas that were scraped to bare wood. They went above and beyond expectations by leveling four of our gates that had been scraping the ground and were difficult to open and close, so that they now swing freely.  I will use this company for all of our future painting needs.  They are exceptional!

The owner Trevor visited with my wife to understand the scope of the job, and was very friendly. He got a quote back to us quickly as well.

The team showed up on time, lead by their foreman Keith, who was great. Very friendly and conscientious, and knew what he was talking about.

The first thing they did was cover the inside windows with plastic. They quickly moved to covering the ground outside with heavy plastic, and built a barrier to keep lead chips from falling into our neighbor's yard. They wore their containment suits before scraping, and cleaned up properly at the end of the day. I actually came home to a clean, non-contaminated backyard--which was amazing to me.

They performed masonry repairs next, and when the damp weather did not allow for fast enough drying time, they just moved onto a different part of the job (front of the house), so that the repairs could properly dry.

They got right to it, and kept us aware of anything odd that popped up. We did have some rotting wood that needed to be repaired on the front of our house, which we and they both knew was a possible issue going into the job based on Trevor's initial evaluation. They offered us a fair price on that repair.

The guys showed up punctual every day, let us know if there were any weather issues they were contending with and what the plan of attack was, and cleaned up--spotless--at the end of each day. I can;t tell you how rare that is for contractors of any sort in my experience!

Overall, we were very pleased. Communication was great, which is such a big thing in my book, but most importantly, at the end of the day, I knew the lead paint on the outside of our home had been handled properly and safely. CertaPro was the third contractor I've worked with on lead issues so far, and they are the only ones who handled it correctly (I am pretty knowledgeable on the subject at this point).

What a relief to deal with a company that knows what they're doing. Hire these guys if you need the job done right?especially if you you are dealing with lead issues.
