Called at 8:45am, very nice on the phone. Very clear pricing, and competitive too. Took all my information and credit carr. I wanted to get the job done today and she said she could deliver same day. Truck driver called and confirmed delivery around 1 and was here quickly. Dropped the mulch where I wanted, handed me the receipt and off I went. Quality seemed great, beds look nice. Would certainly use again.

I needed about 6 -7 yards of black dyed bark mulch and called this company on Wednesday. They scheduled the delivery for the next morning and they showed up at about 8:30 a.m. on Thursday morning. I've rarely experienced or heard of such fast service in recent years, and was surprised and very pleased. The price of the mulch was low for the high quality. The quality is better than the bagged mulch I bought over the past few years, which often contained a lot of white mold, big chips of wood, and scraps of trash. I spread the mulch over the weekend and could find no weeds, no large pieces of wood, and no insects, and no foreign objects. Obviously, I won't know how long the color holds for their mulch for several months, but I'm expecting good results based on the conversation I had with the company. This is my new go-to company for my bulk garden needs.

Everything went very smoothly. They were easy to reach by phone, answered my questions, accepted credit card payment by phone, were able to provide delivery on the date I requested, communicated that morning to verify time of delivery, showed up on time, were pleasant and accommodating. The price was better than several other providers I contacted for mulch. I didn't inquire about prices for other items. I generally purchase bulk mulch once or twice a year and will definitely hire Bussard Brothers again.

He's always been good to me. He's always very prompt and they fixed the car quickly when they say they're going to. I think his prices are reasonable and I think they did a good work.

Overall great experience. They had the lowest prices by far on mulch and delivery. We were able to schedule a delivery time that was convenient for us. Placing the order was really easy, and the people were nice to talk to.

THE SERVICE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND AFFORDABLE. THE WORKERS WERE HELPFUL AND WOULD ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD WITH REGARD TO WHAT OUR PLANS WERE AS FAR AS LANDSCAPING NEEDS.

THEY DELIVERED SEVERAL TRUCKS OF TOP SOIL WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO AND WERE VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING DECIDE HOW MUCH WE WOULD NEED. THEY ALSO DELIVERED WOOD CHIPS FOR THE FINISHED PLAYGROUND.
